Something not working? Here are the most common issues and how to fix them.
Common issues

Workflow generates 0 posts: The most common issue. Your workflow runs but nothing appears in the approval queue. Almost always caused by missing calendar slots or a missing Anthropic key.

Content doesn't sound like me: The AI is writing in a generic tone. Your brand voice settings need more detail.

Scheduling issues: Posts aren't reaching Postiz, optimal times aren't being used, or posts are going to the wrong accounts.

Before you dig in
Run the Preflight Check first. From the Workflows page, the status banner tells you exactly what's blocking:
- 🔴 Red: Blocking error. Workflows cannot run until this is fixed.
- 🟡 Yellow: Warning. Workflows run but results may be poor.
- 🟢 Green: All systems go.
