Multiple Workspaces

How to run multiple brands, clients, or projects in Borker using separate workspaces.

Each Borker workspace has its own brand voice, topics, content calendar, API keys, and team. If you manage multiple brands or clients, each one should be a separate workspace.

Creating a new workspace

  1. Click your workspace name in the top-left of the sidebar
  2. Click Create workspace
  3. Enter a workspace name
  4. Complete the onboarding wizard for the new workspace

Each workspace is completely isolated: settings, content, and team members don't carry over.

Switching workspaces

Click your workspace name in the top-left sidebar to see a dropdown of all workspaces you're a member of. Click any workspace to switch.

Billing per workspace

Each workspace has its own subscription. If you have 3 workspaces, you need 3 active subscriptions (or 3 Lifetime licenses).

There is no "agency plan" that covers multiple workspaces under one subscription: each workspace bills independently.

Sharing team members across workspaces

A single Borker account can be a member of multiple workspaces (with different roles in each). There's no limit to how many workspaces a user account can belong to.

To add an existing Borker user to another workspace, just invite them via Settings → Workspace → Team: they'll accept via email and gain access to the new workspace without needing a new account.

Tips for managing multiple brands

  • Use clear workspace names: include the brand or client name so you can't accidentally post in the wrong workspace
  • Separate API keys: each workspace should have its own Anthropic key so costs are isolated per client
  • Different team members: if a VA manages one brand and not another, only invite them to the relevant workspace
