Inviting Members

How to add people to your Borker workspace.

Multi-member workspaces are coming in a future update. Current plans support a single workspace member.

Sending an invitation

  1. Go to Settings → Workspace → Team
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter the person's email address
  4. Select their role: Admin, Editor, or Viewer
  5. Click Send Invite

Borker sends an invitation email. The link expires in 48 hours.

What happens when they accept

The invitee clicks the link in their email and either:

  • Signs in to an existing Borker account (their account joins your workspace)
  • Creates a new Borker account (account is immediately added to your workspace)

They'll land on your workspace dashboard after accepting.

Resending or cancelling invitations

From Settings → Workspace → Team, pending invitations are listed under active members. You can:

  • Resend: sends a fresh invitation email with a new 48-hour link
  • Cancel: revokes the invitation before it's accepted

Removing a member

  1. Go to Settings → Workspace → Team
  2. Click the ··· menu next to the member
  3. Click Remove from workspace

Removed members lose access immediately. Their past contributions (content they generated or approved) remain in the workspace.
