Switching Plans
How to switch between BYOK and Lifetime, or cancel your subscription.
Switching from BYOK to Lifetime
If you're on BYOK ($9/mo) and want to switch to Lifetime ($149 one-time):
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Switch to Lifetime
- Complete the one-time payment via Stripe
Your subscription will be cancelled and replaced with lifetime access. Any unused days on your current billing period are not refunded, but you won't be charged again.
Cancelling BYOK
- Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Billing
- Click Cancel plan
- Confirm cancellation
Your workspace stays active until the end of your current billing period. After that, you won't be able to generate new content or run workflows, but you can still log in and view your existing content.
Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation.
Reactivating
Go to Settings → Billing and choose a plan. Your brand voice, topics, channels, and content history are preserved if you reactivate within the 90-day window.
