Managing Your Subscription

Update payment methods, view invoices, and cancel your Borker subscription.

Accessing billing settings

Go to Settings → Billing (in the Workspace Settings sidebar). From here you can:

  • See your current plan and post usage
  • View upcoming renewal date
  • Update payment method
  • Download invoices
  • Cancel your subscription

Updating your payment method

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Manage Billing (this opens the Stripe customer portal)
  3. Click Payment methods → Add payment method
  4. Enter your new card details
  5. Set it as the default and remove the old card if needed

Viewing invoices

All invoices are available in the Stripe customer portal:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Billing
  2. Click Invoice history
  3. Click any invoice to download a PDF

Cancelling

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Billing
  2. Click Cancel plan
  3. Confirm cancellation

Your workspace stays active until the end of your current billing period. After that, the workspace reverts to a limited state: you can still log in and view your content, but you won't be able to run workflows or generate new content.

Your data (content, brand voice, topics, calendar) is retained for 90 days after cancellation. After that it may be deleted.

Reactivating after cancellation

Go to Settings → Billing and choose a plan. Your previous configuration will still be there if you reactivate within the 90-day retention window.
