Any time AI creates or rewrites content for you — generating a post, regenerating a draft, designing a campaign — that's one generation. Publishing, scheduling, and editing manually don't count. Starter includes 100/month, Pro includes 500/month. BYOK and Lifetime are unlimited (using your own key).
